Endeavour Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a new member to join the team. We are a progressive growing IT Recruitment Consultancy working with some of the largest organisations around the globe. The position we have is for a Recruitment Consultant. We are considering both experienced Recruiters as well as individuals who have the ability to learn and grow into the role. Daily tasks include: • Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams. • Business Development and Account Management • Search and select candidates/ Head Hunting • Network and advertise to potential candidates • Identify skills sets and match them to vacancies • Contract negotiations • Database management • Dealing with general queries **FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED ** Essential Skills and experience: • Fast Learner • Sales • Good communication skills • Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease • Be persuasive, persistent and patient • Be of smart appearance • Be able to cope with pressure • Be flexible and adaptable • Have a mature personality • Have good organisational and administrative skills • Have the ability to prioritise • Have good IT skills • Be able to work to deadlines • Target driven/ ability to work within a competitive environment
