FSCM & HCM ERP Developer profile required!

The selected ERP developer can be fully 100% for offshore profiles. For profiles based in or near Switzerland, the role will be mainly remote with occasional onsite visits required.
The main role of the ERP developer will be to act as a technical expert providing support on:
- ERP FSCM & HCM module solutions, including HR, Payroll, Travel & Meeting Management, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commitment and their integration with third party applications using web services.
- The maintenance of existing modules and functionalities and development of new ones, based on business requirements, system monitoring.
- Develop and maintain interfaces with other systems, ERP upgrades, assistance with underlying architecture and software upgrades.
Required skills and experience:
- Extensive technical knowledge working with ERP HCM and FSCM modules and their integration with third party systems using web services.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- At least 10 years of significant professional technical experience, which includes several or all of the following areas:
- Technical project analysis and specification.
- Technical software development and deployment.
- User acceptance testing & facilitation.
- Technical software maintenance.
- Technical documentation.
- End user training.
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of ERP Tools, ERP databases, SQL and Oracle BIP.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
- Customer service skills an asset.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple technical projects for different clients.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute technical tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Experience within an international organisation
