Preferred Required Skills
- i5 OS management (versions 5.3 -> 7.1) with 5+ years of working experience in a multi customer environment
- MiMix, OMS400/ODS400, iCluster HA applications: installation, configuration, set up and management
- HMC, LPAR, iASP configuration, set up and management
- Installation, Upgrade and Migration of operating systems and PTF management
- BRMS (IBM backup tool)
- Job management through ROBOT/400, AJS and Job Scheduler
- Co-ordinate Hardware and Software call
- Printer and device configuration
- External storage & SAN: connection and management
- Performance management and capacity planning (PM400)
- System Security management
- TCP/IP communications
- VIOS : configuration, set up and management
- CL programming - Optional : RPG programmer skills Personal skills
- Having skill to handle SEV1 situation independently
