Customer Support Engineer

Endeavour Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer to join our leading client based in Edinburgh. This is a permanent position and will work to a hybrid model. Main responsibilities: To ensure that the customer site in the area is operational to the Company’s contractual obligations. Provide structured customer training. Submit paperwork in accordance with company and Customers guidelines. Essential skills & requirements: Specific product training BPS M5/M7, C1, BPS C4, C2, C5, X8, Laurel Note counters, Erapa equipment (as appropriate) – Datacard products, Bowe Systec, Canon Printers, Fully IT conversant across a range of packages Desirable experience: Engineering apprenticeship Electrical apprenticeship CSCS For further details please apply ASAP to be shortlisted!
