We are considering both experienced Recruiters as well as individuals who can learn and grow into the role
The Role:
- Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates, and advertising teams.
- Business Development and Account Management
- Search and select candidates/ Head Hunting
- Network and advertise to potential candidates.
- Identify skills sets and match them to vacancies. Contract negotiations Database management
- Dealing with general queries
About You:
- Sales or customer service experience, a background in recruitment or resourcing would be a huge bonus!
- Great communication skills
- A positive attitude and motivation to grow with us
- The ability to prioritise your day and work at a fast pace
- We have some excellent technology to support you, so it is important to have good IT Skills.
