Duties:
- Create qualified stories of work based on RFC s and bug reports. Preparing work for developers to take into sprints ensuring inclusion of clear acceptance criteria and clear description of work requirements.
- Gathering and writing requirements and specification from a number of stakeholders, challenging working processes to ensure requirement and solutions make best use of technology and offer efficiencies.
- Work closely with the development team to maximise the efficiency of development with the creation of work items.
- Develop relationships across multiple areas of the business and departments.
- Supporting an agile software development team in a fast paced environment.
- Help plan and run workshops.
- Conduct meetings with system users and managers to gather requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Contribute to retrospective meetings to help maximise team efficiency.
